Working in a multinational company is the dream of most students after completing their education in college. They believe that multinational companies will provide high benefits. However, one thing that students often don’t realize is that the qualifications required by multinational companies are definitely not the same as those of local scale companies. To be accepted in a multinational company, a person must have adequate academic skills, reliable communication skills and a qualified leadership spirit.
The dream of being able to work in a multinational company with various benefits has been realized by alumni of the Masters of Animal Science Study Program, FPP Undip. Some of them even occupy important positions in the company. For example, Septian Noer Erya, who at that time was working at PT Biochem Zusatzstoffe Indonesia. To be accepted at the company based in Germany, Septian had to go through various selections and assessments so that he could finally have a career at the company. Farah Nabila, an alumni of the FPP Masters of Animal Science Masters Program who works for multinational companies in the livestock sector, is Farah Nabila. Graduating in 2021, Farah Nabila immediately worked at CJ Cheil Jedang, a multinational company based in South Korea. Syahfii Salam is an alumni of the FPP Masters of Animal Science Study Program who also works for multinational companies in the livestock sector. The 2013 graduate is currently working at PT. Cargill.
According to the alumni who have careers in multinational companies, the provision of knowledge and knowledge while studying at the FPP Masters of Animal Science Masters Program is very useful and contributes positively to future career development.
As a note, currently alumni of the FPP Masters of Animal Science Study Program besides having careers in private companies, many also have careers as lecturers/teaching staff at various universities in Indonesia, researchers in government and private research institutions, the state civil apparatus, and are self-employed. Several alumni of FPP’s Master of Animal Science Study Program also have careers abroad.
