Student Consultation Board

The Student Consultation Board (BKM) of Diponegoro University (Undip) is an official sector that provides consultation services for students regarding academic and non-academic issues. Its main functions include :

  1. Academic Consultation – Assisting students with academic challenges, such as study plans, course selection, and academic regulations.
  2. Non-Academic Support – Providing guidance on student welfare, scholarships, mental health, and campus life.
  3. Conflict Resolution – Mediating disputes between students or between students and university authorities.
  4. Policy Advocacy – Conveying student concerns to university management for policy improvements.

BKM Undip operates under the university’s student affairs division and collaborates with faculties to ensure students receive proper assistance. In line with this mission, the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences has established a dedicated assistance team comprising 10 faculty members. Leading this team is Dr. drh. Enny Tantini Setiatin, M.Sc., who oversees efforts to ensure students receive timely and effective guidance.

Students have direct access to faculty advisors from their respective study programs, with this consultation system being formally communicated to all new students during the admission process. This structured approach ensures students receive timely and appropriate academic guidance throughout their university journey.”
