Cooperation between the University and the industry is one of the keys to the success of the industry-based learning process or industry teaching so as to produce graduates who are ready to work in the industrial world. Master of Animal Science Study Program, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture UNDIP has long collaborated with various parties in the livestock industry, one of which is PT. Medion Ardhika Bhakti. Research and education collaboration between the two parties has proven to be very useful in facilitating research, teaching and practicum activities for Master of Animal Science students, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture UNDIP.
To encourage and facilitate teaching industry activities in the Master of Animal Science Study Program, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture UNDIP, on November 10, 2022 PT. Medion Ardhika Bhakti officially handed over the assistance for the construction of a modern closed house cage to the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture UNDIP. The modern closed house cage for broiler chickens is located in the UNDIP Tembalang campus area. The inauguration of the modern closed house cage was attended by the Chancellor of UNDIP Prof. Yos Johan Utama, Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture UNDIP and Mr. Peter Yan as commissioner of PT. Medion Ardhika Bhakti. Several invited guests also attended the inauguration ceremony of the cage. It is hoped that the existence of a modern closed house can facilitate Master of Animal Science students at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture UNDIP in carrying out research and practicum activities.
